Mar I Cel (4)

Por volta das 9h45 tomamos o pequeno almoço e fomos para á escola. Era suposto termos uma aula de expressão oral convencional mas a professora ficou doente então nesse dia ficámos sem aulas e passamos um tempo numa sala sozinhas a trabalhar no nosso diário de viagem.

Passado algum tempo, vieram nos convidar para uma aula de Clown. Basicamente resume-se a uma técnica que nos ensina a atingir o grotesco e que leva as nossas emoções ao extremo. Foi super divertido fazer a aula, porque normalmente fora daqui eu acho que nunca me permitiria ir tanto ao extremo como fui na aula. Eu, a Matilde Pais, a Mayana, a Ana Mendes e a Kharen Sofiah fizemos um exercício que era de cantar uma música calma (escolhemos a do Pinheirinho) e fomos crescendo até chegar a um funk e descer denovo para um ritmo calmo. Adorei fazer o exercício e foi muito divertido.

Fui à FNAC e comprei o vinyl do Hurry Up Tomorrow. Fiquei muito feliz, porque queria um vinyl há muito tempo e porque o The Weeknd é o meu artista favorito de todos os tempos. Ele veio um pouco iria comprar outro posteriormente e fiquei indecisa entre After Hours e Eternal Sunshine.

Á noite, jantámos num lugar chamado "HFC" que era uma cópia do KFC. O frango era bom mas demorou demasiado tempo. Depois, fomos ver o espetáculo "Mar I Cel" que falava sobre um amor trágico entre Blanca, uma rapariga cristã e um pirata, Said. A peça era em catalão então honestamente nós entendemos super pouco da peça em si mas apesar da barreira linguística, achei a peça linda, atores muito bons, músicas impactantes e não é o tipo de musical cansativo.

Voltámos para o hotel e demos fim a um dia super divetido.

Around 9:45 AM, we had breakfast and went to school. We were supposed to have a conventional oral expression class, but the teacher got sick, so we didn't have classes that day. We spent some time in a room alone working on our travel journal.

After a while, we were invited to a Clown class. Basically, it's a technique that teaches us to reach the grotesque and takes our emotions to the extreme. It was super fun to do the class, because normally outside of here I don't think I would ever allow myself to go to the extreme that I did in the class. Me, Matilde Pais, Mayana, Ana Mendes and Kharen Sofiah did an exercise where we had to sing a calm song (we chose Pinheirinho) and we grew until we reached a funk and went down again to a calm rhythm. I loved doing the exercise and it was a lot of fun.

I went to FNAC and bought the vinyl of Hurry Up Tomorrow. I was very happy because I wanted a vinyl for a long time and because The Weeknd is my favorite artist of all time. He came a little would buy another later and I was undecided between After Hours and Eternal Sunshine.

At night, we had dinner at a place called "HFC" which was a copy of KFC. The chicken was good but it took too long. Then we went to see the show "Mar I Cel" which talked about a tragic love between Blanca, a Christian girl and a pirate, Said. The play was in Catalan so honestly we understood very little of the play itself but despite the language barrier, I found the play beautiful, very good actors, impactful songs and it's not the kind of tiring musical.

We went back to the hotel and ended a super fun day.
