Primeiras loucuras em Barcelona

Chegamos a Barcelona por volta das 13h15 (fuso horário de Barcelona) e apanhamos um transfer para a Praça da Catalunha onde fica o nosso hotel Barcelona by Soho Boutique. Acabamos por ficar divididas em três quartos triplos onde eu, a Débora e a Matilde Pais ficamos num quarto e a Kharen Sofiah, Ana Mendes e a Mayana Silva ficaram em outro quarto separado. Quando chegamos tivemos um problema na entrada do hotel, porque aqui em Barcelona tem algumas diferenças na política dos hotéis.

Depois fomos dar uma volta pela cidade à procura de algum sítio para comer mas acabamos por comer na Pans, porque os restaurantes maiores tinham fila demais. Eu pedi o menu British Bacon e a Débora deixou cair a coca cola dela. Fomos para o hotel e depois decidimos andar pela cidade. Passamos por diversos lugares principalmente o Arco do Triunfo, Ramblas e Casa de Batilló. Apesar de não ser muito chegada a arquitetura não consegui deixar de notar que tudo aqui é muito lindo e os edifícios são muito maiores que os do Porto. Reparamos também que aqui tem muitos supermercados 24 horas em todo o lado. Visitámos também um jardim com diversos tipos de plantas expostas.

Andamos mais um pouco e acabamos por parar num restaurante chamado Nervion onde comemos tapas como ovos rotos com bacon e ovo, salada de salmão, etc. Depois andamos mais um pouco e acabamos por parar para comer gelado. Comi um gelado de 2 bolas choco cookies e ferrero rocher, foi um pouco caro porque paguei 5,70€ mas valeu a pena. Voltamos para o hotel e ficamos ainda algumas horas a conversar no quarto e no outro quarto com as meninas.

We arrived in Barcelona at around 1:15 PM (Barcelona time) and took a transfer to Plaza Catalunya where our hotel, Barcelona by Soho Boutique, is located. We ended up splitting into three triple rooms where me, Débora and Matilde Pais stayed in one room and Kharen Sofiah, Ana Mendes and Mayana Silva stayed in a separate room. When we arrived we had a problem at the hotel entrance, because here in Barcelona there are some differences in the hotel policies.

Afterwards we went for a walk around the city looking for somewhere to eat but we ended up eating at Pans, because the bigger restaurants had too much queue. I ordered the British Bacon menu and Débora dropped her coca cola. We went to the hotel and then decided to walk around the city. We passed by several places, mainly the Arc de Triomf, Ramblas and Casa de Batilló. Although I'm not very fond of architecture, I couldn't help but notice that everything here is very beautiful and the buildings are much bigger than the ones in Porto. We also noticed that here there are many 24-hour supermarkets everywhere. We also visited a garden with several types of plants on display.

We walked a little more and ended up stopping at a restaurant called Nervion where we ate tapas such as broken eggs with bacon and egg, salmon salad, etc. Afterwards we walked a little more and ended up stopping to eat ice cream. I ate a 2-scoop ice cream with chocolate cookies and ferrero rocher, it was a bit expensive because I paid €5.70 but it was worth it. We went back to the hotel and stayed for a few more hours chatting in the room and in the other room with the girls.
