6° dia sem igual - Ana Mendes

Hoje, o dia iniciou às 8 e depois de prepararmos tudo, começámos com uma aula de movimento, dirigida pelo professor Carlos, na Eòlia. Nesta aula, conhecemos alunos do 1° ano da faculdade e eles eram tão talentosos e estavam tão entusiasmados que foi muito bom e divertido trabalhar com eles. De seguida, tivemos aula de interpretação com alguns dos mesmos alunos e outros do mesmo ano e fizemos uma atividade de escuta de grupo e um exercício de improviso a pares. Por último, tivemos uma aula de corpo com os nossos amigos que conhecemos na terça. Ficámos todos muito felizes por nos reunirmos uma última vez. Aproveitamos, ao máximo, a aula muitouito relaxante. No final despedimo-nos todos com grandes abraços e promessas de que nos voltaremos a ver.

Depois de almoçar, fomos ver o mercado "La Boqueria" (versão espanhola do mercado do Bolhão) e as suas diversas e vividas cores.

Como tínhamos tempo até ao jantar, fomos descansar um bocadinho para o hotel. Quando chegou a hora, fomos jantar a um restaurante de ramen perto do hotel. Para terminar, fomos dar uma volta para digerir o jantar e voltámos para o hotel para repor energias para o dia seguinte.

Today, the day started at 8 AM, and after preparing everything, we began with a movement class led by Professor Carlos at Eòlia. In this class, we met first-year university students, and they were so talented and enthusiastic that it was a great and fun experience to work with them.

Next, we had an acting class with some of the same students and others from the same year. We did a group listening activity and a paired improvisation exercise.

Lastly, we had a body movement class with our friends, that we met on Tuesday. We were all very happy to reunite one last time. We made the most of the incredibly relaxing class. At the end, we said our goodbyes with big hugs and promises to see each other again.

After lunch, we went to visit "La Boqueria" market (the Spanish version of Mercado do Bolhão) and admired its diverse and vibrant colors.

Since we had time before dinner, we went back to the hotel to rest a little. When it was time, we went to a ramen restaurant near the hotel. To finish the evening, we took a walk to help digest dinner and then returned to the hotel to recharge for the next day.
