1°dia- Bruxelas, 23.02.2026- Isabel Matos

Depois do dia cansativo de viagem, acordamos às 7h para podermos estar prontas às 8h. Caminhamos até ao metro onde compramos um género de um passe com 10 viagens! De seguida fomos até à escola, onde conhecemos uma aluna portuguesa, de Lisboa a Matilde, que nos mostrou a escola. Tivemos aula de vídeo study, onde aprendemos uma coreografia. Fomos almoçar uma sandes a uma loja e depois de tarde tivemos 2h30 de aula de contemporâneo com o professor Jorge. Saímos da escola e fomos passear a Ixelles à Urban Outfiters, depois caminhamos até Midi e passeamos pela Grand Place. Fomos jantar ao restaurante italiano Salle à l’étape. Por último fomos para o hotel descansar.

After a tiring day of travel, we woke up at 7 am so we could be ready by 8 am. We walked to the metro station where we bought a kind of 10-trip pass! Then we went to the school, where we met a Portuguese student from Lisbon named Matilde, who showed us the school. We had a video study class where we learned a choreography. We had lunch – a sandwich at a shop – and then in the afternoon we had a 2.5

hour contemporary dance class with Professor Jorge. We left the school and went for a walk in Ixelles to Urban Outfitters, then walked to Midi and strolled through the Grand Place. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Salle à l’étape. Finally, we went back to the hotel to rest.
