Terceiro dia Francisca Sousa (04/03/2026)

O dia começou às 9:00 com aula de canto, onde fizemos vários exercícios para aquecimento de voz e para soltar a mesma. Depois fizemos uma aula que era uma mistura de voz com expressão corporal, fizemos exercícios em grupo onde começávamos por fazer uma estátua e depois movíamos nós como se fôssemos essa estátua. Por último de manhã fizemos uma aula de clown, onde fizemos um exercício super interessante que em grupos de três pessoas tínhamos que fingir que não estávamos a olhar para os outros ao mesmo tempo que queríamos. Passamos o resto do dia a passear.

The day started at 9:00 with a singing lesson, where we did several exercises to warm up our voices and loosen them up. Then we had a class that was a mix of voice and body expression; we did group exercises where we started by making a statue and then moved as if we were that statue. Finally, in the morning we had a clowning class, where we did a super interesting exercise in groups of three where we had to pretend not to be looking at each other while simultaneously trying to. We spent the rest of the day sightseeing.
